Multiple offenses definition

Multiple offenses means when one or more acts committed by the same person results in more than one crime and they are adjudicated in the same proceedings.

Examples of Multiple offenses in a sentence

  • Multiple offenses by Exhibitor will subject the Exhibitor to having its staff being removed from OTC.

  • Multiple offenses by Exhibitor will subject the Exhibitor to having its staff being removed from SPE.

  • Multiple offenses in a combination of categories may result in Long-term suspension or expulsion.

  • Multiple offenses by Exhibitor will subject the Exhibitor to having its staff being removed from the SPE event.
