Multiple-business complex definition

Multiple-business complex means a group of structures housing at least two separate businesses or agencies, or a single structure containing more than one business with separating walls and at least one outside access for each business which shares a common lot, access and/or parking facility. An example of a multi-business complex is the Fairway Center.

  • Small Diversity business concern means a small business concern that is a least (51) percent unconditionally owned by one or more individuals who are both socially and economically diverse, or a publicly owned business that has at least (51) percent of its stock unconditionally owned by one or more socially and economically diverse individuals and that has its management and daily business controlled by one or more such individuals. This term also means a small business concern that is at least (51) percent unconditionally owned by an economically diverse Indian tribe or Native Hawaiian Organization, or a publicly owned business that has least (51) percent of its stock unconditionally owned by one of these entities, that has its management and daily business controlled by members of an economically diverse Indian tribe or Native Hawaiian Organization.

  • Initial Business Combination means the acquisition by the Company, whether through a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization, recapitalization or similar type of transaction, of one or more business or entities (“Target Business” or “Target Businesses”), whose collective fair market value is equal to at least 80% of the balance in the Trust Account and resulting in ownership by the Company or the holders of IPO Shares of at least 51% of the voting equity interests of the Target Business or Businesses or all or substantially all of the assets of the Target Business or Businesses;

  • Business concern means any corporation, company, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, unincorporated association or any other form of association.

  • Ohio Business Gateway means the online computer network system, created under section 125.30 of the Ohio Revised Code, that allows persons to electronically file business reply forms with state agencies and includes any successor electronic filing and payment system.

  • Business Centre means each of the places so specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.
