Multipartite Deed definition
Multipartite Deed means, in relation to each Sub-Bareboat Vessel, the first priority deed dated 23 November 2010 executed by and among inter alios the relevant Sub-Bareboat Charterer of that Bareboat Vessel and the First Lender, containing, inter alia, an assignment of the relevant Sub-Bareboat Charterer’s rights under the Acquisition Agreement, the relevant Time Charter and in the Earnings and the Insurances in respect of such Sub-Bareboat Vessel as the same may be amended varied or supplemented and, in the plural, means all of them;
