Multimedia Content definition

Multimedia Content means only the creation and organization of content relating to any combination of text, voice, graphic, audio, video or similar communication media distributed by means of, or capable of being distributed by means of, Communication Services. For the avoidance of doubt, it does not include the distribution, including transmission and ancillary caching, or management of the distribution of such material by means of Communication Services.
Multimedia Content means communicative material of any kind or nature for which you are responsible, including but not limited to words, pictures, sounds, images, graphics, code or data, regardless of the method or medium of communication of such material and when such material is intended to inform others of your products, services and/or activities.Multimedia content does not include any tangible goods or products that are manufactured, produced, processed, prepared, assembled, packaged, labelled, sold, handled or distributed by you or others trading under your name.
