Multimedia content means communicative material of any kind or nature for which you are responsible, including but not limited to words, pictures, sounds, images, graphics, code or data, regardless of the method or medium of communication of such material and when such material is intended to inform others of your products, services and/or activities.Multimedia content does not include any tangible goods or products that are manufactured, produced, processed, prepared, assembled, packaged, labelled, sold, handled or distributed by you or others trading under your name.
