  • Each Borrower shall promptly provide all such information, including supporting documentation and other evidence, as may be reasonably requested by any Lender or any prospective assignee or participant of a Lender, any Issuing Bank, the Administrative Agent or the Multicurrency Administrative Agent, in order to comply with any applicable AML Legislation, whether now or hereafter in existence.

  • The Administrative Agent shall have received such other documents as the Administrative Agent, the Multicurrency Administrative Agent, any Issuing Bank, any Lender or their respective counsel may have reasonably requested.
