MultiChoice Nigeria means MultiChoice Nigeria Limited, a company registered in Nigeria with registration number RC234847, its duly authorised agent or representative and any other person (including any legal person) to which we may cede, assign, sub-contract or transfer our rights, obligations and/or interests in terms of this Agreement;
