Multi-use space definition

Multi-use space means a space within a building planned for a primary use, but because of protective features inherent in its design, qualifies for the alternate use as a fallout shelter area.

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • Exclusive Use Area means a part or parts of the common property for the exclusive use by the owner or owners of one or more sections;

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space on the premises approved by the department for the purpose of providing licensed child care.
