If Customer has ordered Professional Services Premium Multi-Entity (Coordinated), the following will apply: Cofense will provide the services and Deliverables to Customer Affiliates which follow Customer’s overall program and scenario execution plan, and one Customer administrator would serve as the point of contact for the Cofense consultant serving as the point of contact to Customer.
