Multi-Customer Services definition

Multi-Customer Services means a non-custom continuous market research service using Service Provider Materials including but not limited to Upsiide (see SaaS Schedule) and provided by Service Provider to one or more customers.

Examples of Multi-Customer Services in a sentence

  • All other rights in and to the Service Provider Materials and Multi-Customer Services are expressly reserved by Service Provider.

  • Service Provider has and reserves and retains, sole and exclusive ownership of all right, title and interest in and to the Service Provider Materials and Multi-Customer Services, including all Intellectual Property Rights arising or relating to Service Provider Materials and Multi-Customer Services.
