Multi-Currency Borrowing means Multi-Currency Loans made on the same day by the Multi-Currency Lenders ratably according to their respective Multi-Currency Commitments.

  • Such Administrative Agent shall promptly give each Multi-Currency Lender written notice (or telephonic notice promptly confirmed in writing) of each proposed Multi-Currency Borrowing, of such Multi-Currency Lender’s proportionate share thereof and of the other matters covered by the related Notice of Borrowing.

  • Loan Borrowing, US$-Canadian Loan Borrowing, Term Loan Borrowing and Multi-Currency Borrowing.
