Multi-Client Survey definition

Multi-Client Survey means a seismic survey whereby the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary acquires certain seismic data in which it directly or indirectly retains ownership rights, revenue interests or similar interests in the future economic benefits thereof and which data is to be licensed to customers on a non-transferable, non-exclusive basis.

  • Approved Vendor means the entity approved by the IPA under the ABP to be eligible for an award of an Agreement (as a Seller) under the ABP.

  • Vendor or “Vendors” means any entity submitting a bid in response to the Solicitation, the entity that has been selected as the lowest responsible bidder, or the entity that has been awarded the Contract as context requires.

  • Certified pharmacy technician or “certified technician” means an individual who holds a valid current national certification and who has registered with the board as a certified pharmacy technician.

  • Non-Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Third Party Vendor means a subscriber of MIAX PEARL’s market and other data feeds, which they in turn use for redistribution purposes.
