Multi-Client Data definition

Multi-Client Data means seismic data surveys acquired by the Company or its Subsidiaries for its multi-client seismic data library.
Multi-Client Data means any rights (including ownership or licensing) to seismic data surveys worldwide (other than Brazil) and related data collected, compiled, derived, analyzed or acquired by or on behalf of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries for its multi-client seismic data library or otherwise incorporated or included in such data library whether now existing or hereafter acquired or created.

Examples of Multi-Client Data in a sentence

  • At all times on and after the Closing Date, the MCD Subsidiary shall own all Multi-Client Data, including any Multi-Client Data created after the Closing Date.

  • Company and its Subsidiaries shall not permit, as of the last day of any Fiscal Quarter in which Consolidated EBITDA (measured for the immediately preceding four Fiscal Quarter Period) does not exceed the aggregate principal amount of Loans outstanding at such time, the net book value of the Multi-Client Data to be less than the aggregate principal amount of Loans outstanding at such time.

Related to Multi-Client Data

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • ALI Database A database used in providing 911 Service which stores information associated with End User customers’ telephone numbers or Shell Records.

  • Student Data means personally identifiable information, as defined in Section 2-d, from student records that Vendor may receive from the District pursuant to the Master Agreement.
