MUAL definition

MUAL has the meaning ascribed to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

  • MUAL has all requisite power and authority on behalf of Underwriter to execute, deliver and perform, or cause to be performed, the obligations of Underwriter under this Agreement.

  • This Agreement has been duly and validly executed and delivered by MUAL and constitutes a valid and binding agreement of Underwriter, enforceable against Underwriter in accordance with its terms, except that such enforcement may be subject to any bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or other laws, now or hereafter in effect, relating to or limiting creditors’ rights generally.
