X Moving to Work (MTW) Block Grant Funding to increase affordable housing choices for low- income families, that may include acquisition, leasing, operations, rehabilitation, maintenance, demolition, and construction.
Any authority exercised by the Grantee under this Article must also be set forth in the Grantee's Revitalization Plan, and PHA Plan (or MTW Annual Plan, as applicable), as required.

Any Exception Payment Standards above 135% will be deemed approved by HUD, unless HUD notifies HABC and the Regional Administrator of HUD’s objection within 75 days of submission of the Moving to Work Plan (or any comparable or successor document), as set forth in Section VII.A.1.g of HABC’s Amended MTW Agreement.
