MTV Contract definition
MTV Contract means the agreement entered or to be entered into between MTV Asia LDC and the Borrower under the terms of which the Borrower will, inter alia, make available to MTV Asia LDC its premises, crew members, certain equipment and production and/or post-production facilities in consideration of which MTV Asia LDC will, inter alia, pay to the Borrower a monthly fee;
