MTSO definition

MTSO means the Mobile Switching Center or Mobile Telecommunications Switching Office used by a CMRS carrier in performing originating and terminating functions for calls to or from end user customers of the CMRS carrier.
MTSO means each mobile telephone switching office owned by any Seller or any Affiliate of any Seller and used or held for use in the Business.
MTSO means an automatic system which constitutes the interfaces for user traffic between a cellular network and other public switched networks or other mobile telephone switching offices within the same network or a central control center for mobile telephone switching centers.
