MTS Contract definition
MTS Contract means any Contract: (a) to which MTS or any of its Subsidiaries is a party; (b) by which MTS or any of its Subsidiaries or any MTS IP or any other asset of MTS is or may become bound or under which MTS has, or may become subject to, any obligation; or (c) under which MTS has or may acquire any right or interest.
Examples of MTS Contract in a sentence
Within thirty (30) days of termination or expiration of an MTS Contract, Contractor shall return to the MTS all of the Confidential Information in its possession.
Contractor’s compliance with all MTS requirements includes compliance with its MTS Contract, Contract No. G2014.0-17.
MTS retains the right to interview and approve any personnel to provide services under any MTS Contract.
