MTQm means the volume (in thousand standard cubic feet) of throughput gas transported during month ‘m’ of the regulatory year ‘t-1’ for shippers measured at shippers customers; and
MTQm means the volume (in thousand standard cubic feet) of throughput gas transported during month ‘m’ of the regulatory year ‘t’ by Shipper ‘i;
