APG Company definition
APG Company means any Company belonging to or falling within the purview of the Ashok Piramal Group and shall include any holding or subsidiary of such Company or any Company promoted by such a Company.

Related to APG Company
Parent Holding Company means any direct or indirect parent entity of Holdings which holds directly or indirectly 100% of the Equity Interest of Holdings and which does not hold Capital Stock in any other Person (except for any other Parent Holding Company).
Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.
existing company means a company which, prior to the 1st December, 1961, has been incorporated and its memorandum of association recorded in the Islands pursuant to the laws relating to companies then in force in the Islands;
Mutual holding company means that term as defined in section 10(o) of the home owners' loan act, chapter 64, titles III and IX of Public Law 101-73, 12 U.S.C. 1467a, and OTS regulations governing mutual holding companies.
HK Company shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble of this Agreement.
