  • Merchant Transmission Operating Agreement (MTOA) is an agreement between the ISO and an MTO with respect to its MTF.

  • Facilities (MTF) are the transmission facilities owned by MTOs, defined and classified as MTF pursuant to Schedule 18 of the OATT, over which the ISO shall exercise Operating Authority in accordance with the terms set forth in a MTOA or Attachment K to the OATT, rated 69 kV or above and required to allow energy from significant power sources to move freely on the New England Transmission System.

  • In case the Power Station is located in the State of Maharashtra, the Seller shall have to apply for MTOA for the contracted period and quantum as per the provisions for Intra-State Open Access to the concerned Nodal Agency.

  • And whereas AEGCL has agreed to construct, own, operate and maintain the aforesaid dedicated transmission lines and system strengthening scheme at the cost of MTOA.

  • The Bank Guarantee shall be recouped and remain valid upto one month after MTOA period.

  • It shall be the responsibility of the Seller to take Consents/ NOC/ Open Access approval (both MTOA & STOA) for supplying Contracted Capacity up to the Delivery Point(s).

  • MTOA consumer shall make arrangement for back-up power requirement in the event of failure or force outage of captive generator.

  • In case any request for exit the power transfer is received after signing of the BPTA and submission of Bank Guarantee, any adjustment of Bank Guarantee shall be carried out after expiry of the MTOA term.
