MTO Search Fee definition
MTO Search Fee means an Administrative Fee from time to time established by Council in respect of searching the records of the Ontario Ministry of Transportation and listed in Schedule “C”;
MTO Search Fee means an administrative fee set out in Schedule “B” to this By-law in respect of searching the records of the Ontario Ministry of Transportation;
MTO Search Fee means an administrative fee set out in Schedule “A” to this By-law in respect of searching the records of the MTO;
