Employees are eligible for Management Time Off in accordance with Section 2.1000.080 of the Management Compensation Ordinance and Management Time Off (MTO) Policy issued by the County Executive on June 29, 2007.
D&O Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(b).
R&W Policy means the buyer-side representation and warranty insurance policy as may be issued to Purchaser in connection with this Agreement.
RWI Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.16.
CSR Policy means a statement containing the approach and direction given by the board of a company, taking into account the recommendations of its CSR Committee, and includes guiding principles for selection, implementation and monitoring of activities as well as formulation of the annual action plan;
Group Policy /”policy” means the breakdown policy as set out in this document;
