Failure to comply within the said time frame with the requirements as set out in this clause shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement by MiX Telematics and shall entitle MTN SP to terminate this Agreement in terms of clause 19.
MTN SP and the MiX Telematics hereby enter into an agreement on the terms contained in this Agreement.
