The Metropolitan Transportation Improvement Program (MTIP) documents how all federal transportation money is spent in the Portland metropolitan area.
As the MPO for the Portland region, Metro is required to prepare the MTIP documenting funded projects scheduled for the next four years.
The proposed project is listed in the Metropolitan Transportation Improvement Program (MTIP) and the 2016 financially constrained Metropolitan Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy which was found to conform by SACOG on February 18, 2016.
