The company shall facilitate Income Protection Insurance (sickness and accident) for all employees covered by this Agreement through the Sigma Superannuation Fund (Plum) or an MTFU (Victoria) nominated provider under the terms offered by the provider.
MTF means any multilateral trading facility as defined in the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II), as amended.
SPI means the information categories listed at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(a)(2).
SMC means a valid safety management certificate issued for a Vessel by or on behalf of the Administration under paragraph 13.7 of the ISM Code.
OGTR means the Office of the Gene Technology Regulator.
CCT means a Certificate of Completion of Training awarded under article 8 of the 2003 Order, including any such certificate awarded in pursuance of the competent authority functions of the Postgraduate Medical Education and Training Board specified in article 20(3)(a) of that Order;
