MTF License Agreement definition
MTF License Agreement means the License Agreement, dated as of September 29, 2000, between Morgan and MTF Ma▇▇▇▇▇▇nt with respect to the license by MTF Management to Morgan of the MTF ▇▇▇▇▇marks and the MTF Patents, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced. (vi) (vii)"MTF Management" shall mean Morgan Trailer Fin▇▇▇▇▇▇ Management, L.P., a Texas limited partnership, and its successors and assigns.
