MTE Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.

  • The closing (the “Repurchase Right Closing”) of a purchase and sale of a Retained Property, MTE Property or Specified Property, as applicable, in connection with the exercise of a Repurchase Right shall occur at the New York offices of ▇▇▇▇▇ Lovells US LLP on the date that is ten (10) Business Days after the delivery of the written Repurchase Exercise Notice, except as otherwise agreed in writing by the Seller Parties and Purchaser.

  • Private property means any dwelling and its curtilage which is being used by a natural person or natural persons for habitation and which is not open to the public and privately owned real property which is not open to the public. "Private property" shall not include:
