MTB. The Trust expressly agrees and acknowledges that the trademarks “Wilmington” and “MTB” are the sole property of Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company (the “Bank”). Pursuant to the terms of two separate Trademark License Agreements (the “Agreements”), Bank has consented to the use by the Trust of the identifying marks “Wilmington” and “MTB” with the respective names “Wilmington Funds” and “MTB Group of Funds” and has granted to the Trust a non-exclusive license to use such marks as part of the name of the Trust and the name of any Series of its Shares. The Trust further expressly agrees and acknowledges that the non-exclusive license granted under the Agreements may be terminated by Bank if the Trust ceases to use Bank or one of its Affiliates as Investment Adviser or to use other Affiliates or successors of Bank for such purposes. In such event, the non-exclusive license granted under the Agreements may be revoked by Bank and the Trust shall cease using the marks “Wilmington” and/or “MTB” as part of its name or the name of any Series of Shares, unless otherwise consented to by Bank or any successor to its interests in such name. The Trust further understands and agrees that other mutual funds as may be sponsored or advised by Bank or its Affiliates shall have the right to adopt and to use the marks “Wilmington” and/or “MTB” in their names and in the names of any Series or class of Shares of such funds.

MTB. Stands for Multi-Tenanted Building. OryxAlign operates a specific Internet service for MTB‟s, and customers within an MTB already connected to the OryxAlign Network can typically expect their service to be delivered within 10 working days. MTB Internet services are delivered to the same SLA‟s as any Leased Line or Ethernet Circuit.
