MTABC definition

MTABC means the MTA Bus Company, a public benefit corporation existing by virtue of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”), created by resolution of the MTA board of Directors, pursuant to section 1266, subdivision 5, of the Public authorities Law of the State of New York.

  • MSD means the Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District.

  • Halogen means one of the chemical elements chlorine, bromine or iodine.

  • ADC means antibody-drug conjugate.

  • IMS has the meaning set forth in Section 6.5.3.

  • CMBI means Chase Manhattan Bank International, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank, located in Moscow, Russia, and any nominee companies appointed by it.
