MTA Data definition

MTA Data means, collectively: (i) any information that the MTA provides to Vendor, or information belonging to the MTA to which Vendor otherwise has access to, in connection with the Contract; (ii) any information, data, reports, studies, recommendations, or other information that Vendor makes or develops in connection with, or resulting from, the Work; and (iii) derivatives of (i) and (ii) above. The term "MTA Data" expressly includes Contributions.
