MSU Capacity definition
MSU Capacity means the aggregate computing power (expressed in millions of service units rounded to the next even multiple of 10) in accordance with the ratings given by Gartner, Inc. of all computers located at the Licensee Location stated on the Order Form or which can remotely access such computers, irrespective of the platform designations of the hardware or operating systems, provided that such computer is capable of accessing, using, executing or benefiting from the CA Software subject to the aggregate MSU capacity not exceeding the MSU capacity stated on the Order Form .

Customer may use the CA Software subject to the aggregate MSU Capacity not exceeding the Authorized Use Limitation in MSU.
On or before each anniversary of each year of the Term, Licensee shall report to CA at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇.▇▇▇ in writing the aggregate MSU capacity at each Licensee location as at the anniversary date during the preceding twelve month period, listing by manufacturer, model, operating system, serial number and Licensee location each computer that is included within the MSU Capacity (as defined above).
