Any unapproved awards additional to MSSS for the same course or programme shall be deemed to be in breach of the Agreement and will lead to the cancellation of the Scholarship and the Scholarship Awardee shall be bound to refund all the Amount granted by then by the MSSS Board.
Should the MSSS Board agree to the proposed changes, the Scholarships Unit shall draw up an addendum to the Agreement in order to reflect such changes to the Agreement which shall be signed by both Parties.
