MSRB EMMA System definition

MSRB EMMA System or "EMMA" means the Electronic Municipal Market Access system developed and maintained by the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board.
MSRB EMMA System means the Electronic Municipal Market Access (EMMA) website provided by the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board or any substitution or replacement therefor.
