MSPG mailings to consumers, (e) recertification of Department of Transportation cylinders, and (f) annual inspections and hydrostatic tests of trucks and any other motor vehicles, where applicable. Except for matters covered by SECTION 4.13 of this Agreement, no Member has received written notification from any Government Entity in the last two (2) years with respect to any noncompliance with any Laws which has not been cured or otherwise satisfied. Except for matters covered by SECTION 4.13 of this Agreement, each Member has all governmental approvals, consents, licenses, registrations and permits necessary to carry on its business as presently conducted, and no event has occurred that would allow revocation or termination of, or would result in the material impairment of its rights with respect to, such approvals, consents, licenses, registrations or permits.
