MSP Services means the managed service you provide your Customers using the Solutions (including, as applicable, any Avast Business Service).

Examples of MSP Services in a sentence

  • This Section 13.2 applies: (i) to the extent the Applicable Conditions authorize you to use CloudCare, Managed Workplace, Avast Business Services, CCleaner Business Edition, or other Solutions in providing MSP Services to third parties; and (ii) to all licenses to use CCleaner Cloud for Business.

  • This Section 14.5 applies to the extent the Applicable Conditions authorize you to use CloudCare or Managed Workplace in providing MSP Services to third parties.

  • MSP will actively market and promote the Software, as part of MSP Services, to Customers in the Territory.

  • MSPs shall not be permitted to provide any MSP Services using any Malwarebytes Software or products not purchased directly by MSP from Malwarebytes.

  • Each of the Services Agreements shall be in full force and effect, and each of the MSP Services Agreement and the MHS Services Agreement shall not be inconsistent in any material respect with the MR Services Agreement.

  • MSP may not use load, provision, and/or run the Software as part of the MSP Services to protect a device(s) running a server operating system unless the Software is a Malwarebytes server product as reflected in its official product name or detailed in its official product documentation.

Related to MSP Services

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.
