MSP License definition

MSP License means a license purchased under an Order authorizing the Company as End User, to use a Solution to provide managed services for the benefit of Third Parties.

Examples of MSP License in a sentence

  • If an Order indicates that an MSP License will be used to support a specific Client, Customer may not Use the MSP License to support any Client other than the Client named on the Order.

  • Each MSP License is governed by the terms of this Agreement and the MSP terms in the Product Guide.

  • In the event Customer acquires a perpetual MSP License, Customer may assign the Software to its Client for the Clients’ internal use, provided that Customer obtains Provider’s prior written consent for the assignment and the Client agrees to be bound by Provider’s then current license agreement.

  • The suppliers of this third party software shall be beneficiaries of this Limitation of Liability Section and Customer’s Service Providers are entitled to the rights granted under the MSP License and Use by Service Providers Sections of this Agreement; otherwise, no third party beneficiaries exist under this Agreement.
