MSP Fee definition

MSP Fee means the maintenance service programme fee for each Product set out in the Product Licence;
MSP Fee means the fee charged by the MSP;
MSP Fee means the fee due to the Managed Service Provider for their Services and is a percentage of the final rate of each Consultant/Professional. The MSP Fee must be inclusive of all costs associated with providing the Services. The MSP Fee is inclusive of the Retrospective Payment

  • Maintenance Support Programme: If a MSP Fee is specified in the Product Licence in respect of any Product and the Licensee pays the MSP Fee by the due date, Xxxxxxxxx will, subject to any provisions specified in the Product Licence, provide the Licensee Updates, Upgrades and a telephone support service in accordance with this section 4.

  • Maintenance Support Programme: If a MSP Fee is specified in the Product Licence in respect of any Product and the Licensee pays the MSP Fee by the due date, NationalMap will, subject to any provisions specified in the Product Licence, provide the Licensee Updates, Upgrades and a telephone support service in accordance with this section 4.

  • Membership Fee means the membership fee which the Core Member (or, in case of juvenile, through his or her legal parent or legal guardian) shall remit to the Company for enrollment of the Membership, which is to be discussed more particularly in detail under Clause 5.1.

  • Structuring Fee has the meaning set forth in the Fee Letter.
