  • Maintenance Support Programme: If a MSP Fee is specified in the Product Licence in respect of any Product and the Licensee pays the MSP Fee by the due date, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will, subject to any provisions specified in the Product Licence, provide the Licensee Updates, Upgrades and a telephone support service in accordance with this section 4.

  • Provider will deduct the 1.00% rebate, in addition to the MSP Fee, prior to remitting payment to the Supplier Network.

  • Associate Vendor shall pay Contractor’s MSP Fee as specified in Attachment A for services provided by Associate Vendor’s Contingent Workers.

  • The MSP Fee is applied to all charges except expenses and taxes charged by Supplier to Customer.
