MSP Data definition

MSP Data means any information or data about MSP (and its and their staff, customers or suppliers, as applicable), that is supplied to SKOUT by or on behalf of MSP in connection with the Services, or which SKOUT is required to access, generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to this Agreement. MSP Data shall not be deemed to include any Performance Data.
MSP Data means data, information, material or other content (but in all cases excluding Appgate’s Confidential Information or Appgate Intellectual Property), in any form or medium, that is submitted, posted, uploaded, transmitted, processed or stored by or on behalf of MSP to, through or in, as the case may be, the Hosted Services.
MSP Data means any content, data, or information (including, third-party content, data, or information) that is supplied to Entrust through the MSP Account or otherwise in connection with MSP’s, Sub-MSPs’, Tenants’, or their respective Users’ use of the Entrust Technology (including without limitation, device and computer information). MSP Data may include Personal Data.

Examples of MSP Data in a sentence

  • Alternate means of electronic distribution of information (such as the MSP Data Management System or any successor systems) shall be permitted upon reasonable notice to the Employer.

  • MSP acknowledges and agrees that Authentication Records, MSP Data, Profiles, Personal Data, and Service Data, may be transmitted to, processed by and/or reside on computers operated by the Entrust authorized third parties (e.g., Entrust hosting providers) who perform services for Entrust.

  • MSP further grants to Entrust (or its Affiliates, and any of their respective applicable subcontractors and hosting providers), a world-wide, limited right, during the ID Proofing Term, to host, copy, transmit and display MSP Data and Personal Data as reasonably necessary for Entrust (or its Affiliates, and any of their respective applicable subcontractors and hosting providers) to provide Identity Proofing in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Upon expiration or termination of the Hosted Service Term, MSP shall have no further access to any of the MSP Data used in connection with the Hosted Service or any configurations used in connection with the Hosted Service.

  • This requirement shall not apply to the extent that Continuum is required by applicable law to retain some or all of the MSP Data, or to MSP Data it has archived on back-up systems, which Continuum shall securely isolate and protect from any further processing until deletion is possible except to the extent required by such law.

  • Solely if and to the extent SKOUT is processing personal data, as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation, that is contained in MSP Data or MSP End User Personal Data on MSP’s or any MSP End User’s behalf, then the terms of the Data Processing Addendum available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/partners/DPA and shall apply to such processing and are incorporated into this Agreement.

  • Appgate acknowledges that, as between Appgate and MSP, MSP owns all right, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the MSP Data.

  • This Data Security Guide describes the measures Continuum takes to protect MSP Data.

  • Continuum will report to MSP any accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access to MSP Data (a "Breach") without undue delay following determination by Continuum that a Breach has occurred.

  • While providing the Offering, Continuum will maintain a written information security program of policies, procedures, and controls governing the processing, storage, transmission and security of MSP Data (the "Security Program").
