MSI Program definition

MSI Program means all hospital services, physician services, Clinic Services, administrative 27 services, and other non-hospital services for which reimbursement is authorized by the Agreement and 28 all other agreements for the MSI Program.
MSI Program means Medical Services Initiative Program responsible for providing necessary medical care, under California Welfare & Institutions (W&I) Code 17000 and/or the STCs, to Orange County residents ages 19 through 64 who have no other financial resources for medical care.

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • the Programme means the Government programme for delivery of smart metering in Great Britain. The Programme is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of policy, including establishing the commercial and regulatory framework to facilitate the roll-out;

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • (3) PROGRAM.—The term program’ means

  • Loan Program means the State Treasurer’s Interest-Free Loan Program for Colorado School Districts authorized pursuant to the Loan Program Statutes.

  • Apprenticeship program means a program registered with the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship, which includes terms and conditions for the qualification, recruitment, selection, employment, and training of apprentices, including the requirement for a written apprenticeship agreement.
