Examples of MSF Property in a sentence

  • In some circumstances, with prior written authorization, MSF may permit Sponsor to test a proposed modification to MSF Property or MSF Curricula for a limited time as part of an MSF Research Laboratory (RESLAB) initiative.

  • MSF will give Sponsor reasonable time to incorporate revisions or replacements to the MSF Property, MSF Curricula, training aids, or Range, and to have RiderCoaches attend any applicable update sessions that may be required.

  • For the term of this Agreement, and thereafter, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees not to use any intellectual property (including copyrighted material, trademarks or trade secrets) or images that are identical to, or substantially or confusingly similar to, intellectual property or images contained in MSF Property.

  • All MSF Programs, MSF Curricula and MSF Property shall remain the sole intellectual property of MSF.

  • Sponsor shall not use or promote MSF Property in a manner which, in MSF’s sole judgment and discretion, disparages MSF or its member companies, affects in a negative or detrimental manner MSF’s business or goodwill, or tends to deceive or mislead the public, or which creates a likelihood of confusing the public.

  • Sponsor shall not modify MSF Property or MSF Curricula in any manner without prior written permission of MSF.

  • Upon termination of the RERP Agreement, Sponsor shall cease all use of MSF Property and MSF Curricula, and Sponsor may return up to a sixty (60) day supply of Rider Handbooks in its possession (based on prior 12- month training volume) to MSF, and MSF agrees to repurchase such Rider Handbooks at MSF’s prevailing prices.

  • Sponsor shall discontinue any use of MSF Property or other conduct that MSF finds to be negative or injurious to MSF.

  • In the event that MSF supersedes or ceases to promote any MSF Property or MSF Curricula in possession of Sponsor, Sponsor agrees to cease all use of such MSF Property or MSF Curricula.

  • Violation of the RERP Agreement, willful misstatements of information, or failure to report required information may result in disciplinary action, including loss of privileges to use MSF’s RiderCourses or other MSF Property or MSF Curricula, suspension of loaner motorcycles, and loss of other assistance from manufacturers, dealers, insurers, and others who support MSF, and termination of the RERP Agreement.
