MSD Official definition
MSD Official means, for purposes of this Policy, the following Officials of MSD: Executive Director, Chief Engineer, Director of Finance, Director of Regulatory Management Services, Director of Operations, General Counsel, Internal Auditor and all other senior executive level officials that report to MSD’s Executive Director, or anyone appointed or assigned to fill these positions on an acting, interim, or temporary basis.
