MSC Circular definition

MSC Circular means a Circular issued by the Maritime Safety Committee of IMO which deals with all matters related to maritime safety and maritime security, covering both passenger ships and all kinds of cargo ships; and
MSC Circular means the notice of the MSC Shareholder Meeting and accompanying management information circular, including all schedules, appendices and exhibits to, and information incorporated by reference in, such management information circular, to be sent to the MSC Shareholders in connection with the MSC Shareholder Meeting, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time;
MSC Circular or “MSC Resolution” means a Circular or Resolution of that description issued by the Maritime Safety Committee of the International Maritime Organization;
