MSC Account definition
MSC Account means any Collateral Account established and maintained by the MSC Subsidiary.
MSC Account means an account designated by MSC.
Examples of MSC Account in a sentence
The provisions of the previous sentence shall not apply to (a) deposit accounts exclusively used for payroll, payroll taxes and other employee wage and benefit payments to or for the benefit of Borrower’s, or any of its Subsidiaries’, employees and identified to Collateral Agent by Borrower as such in the Perfection Certificate, or (b) the MSC Account.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the requirements set forth in this Section 6.6(a) shall not apply to the MSC Account.
