  • MSBH, pursuant to an Agreement which begins July 1, 2017 with the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (“DHMH”), is the Core Service Agency (“CSA”) as that term is defined in Section 10-1201 et seq.

  • In the event that Provider is dissolved or otherwise ceases to conduct its business as it presently exists, it or its successors or assigns shall make available to MSBH all records related to the performance of this Agreement.

  • Provider will notify MSBH of the results of all such audits and inspections, whether favorable or unfavorable, as soon as practicable.

  • Provider shall maintain such records and accounts pertaining to the services performed under this Agreement, including but not limited to medical, property, personnel and financial records, as deemed necessary by MSBH and shall assure proper accounting of all funds awarded pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Provider shall comply with the requirements of MSBH and the appropriate Behavioral Health Administration's Management Information Systems.

  • Provider shall cooperate with MSBH in the preparation of any program improvement plan required pursuant to the Code of Maryland Regulations § 10.21.12.06B(2).

  • If MSBH provides federal funds to the Provider, Provider shall submit a compliance audit in accordance with the Single Audit Act of 1984, as amended.

  • If the General Assembly fails to appropriate funds for MSBH or if DHMH funds or other requisite funds are not otherwise made available for continued performance for any fiscal year of this Agreement succeeding the first fiscal year, this Agreement shall be canceled automatically as of the beginning of the fiscal year for which funds were not appropriated or otherwise made available.
