MSATS definition

MSATS means the market administration system as used by the electricity market for site registrations. Powermetric means Powermetric Metering Pty Ltd ABN 89 131 072 707. Powermetric’s Energy Profiler (PEP) means a web- based information portal hosted by Powermetric that provides eligible customers with access to their electricity consumption details generally on a day after basis. Powermetric Metering Equipment means any Metering Equipment that is owned by Powermetric and may be identified with the Powermetric logo. Rules means the National Electricity Rules under the National Electricity Law.
MSATS means the Market Settlement and Transfer Solution, a system operated by NEMMCO;
MSATS means the Market Settlement and Transfer Solution, a system operated by the AEMO.

MSATS means the Market Settlements and Transfer Solution system operated by NEMMCO; 'NEMMCO' means the National Electricity Market Management Company Limited (ACN 072 010 327); ‘NEM Representative’ means a related body corporate of the Retailer which is registered as a market customer with NEMMCO and which, directly or indirectly, on- sells electricity to the Retailer for sale to customers, as notified by the Retailer to the Distributor from time to time under clause 5.5.
MSATS means the Market Settlement and Transfer Solution administered by AEMO or any replacement system. NER or Rules means the National Electricity Rules as applicable in New South Wales.
MSATS means AEMO’s Market Settlement and Transfer Solution system;
MSATS means the Market Settlement and Transfer Solution Procedures as defined in the NER. “NEL” means the National Electricity Law as defined in the NER.

Related to MSATS

  • Service Levels means any service levels applicable to the provision of the Services under this Call Off Contract specified in Annex 1 to Part A of Call Off Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);

  • Downtime means the Total Minutes in the Month during which the Cloud Service (or Servers for Server Provisioning) does not respond to a request from SAP’s Point of Demarcation for the data center providing the Cloud Service (or Server for Server Provisioning), excluding Excluded Downtime.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • functionality means the ability of a tenderer to provide goods or services in accordance with specifications as set out in the tender documents.

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • Customer/s for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Credit card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.

  • Customer Specific Training means a private Course organized on demand specifically for Customer.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a CenturyLink OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.   • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Connectivity means the provision of a Permanent Separated Bicycle Lane system that reflects desired routes between all major origins and destinations in the city.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • T&Cs means these terms and conditions.

  • Work crew means a program of partial confinement

  • Service Descriptions means user manuals and other documentation relating to the Services that are made available to Customer by Provider in digital or hardcopy form, as updated from time to time.

  • BPSS means the recognised standard for HMG for staff vetting which comprises verification of (1) identity, (2) employment history, (3) nationality and immigration status (including the right to work), and Criminal Records Bureau check (including a five (5) year address history check).

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.
