MS Invoice requirements. Vendor will invoice Microsoft for all Fees and approved expenses via the “MS Invoice” online tool according to the requirements at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and the VG. Vendor will not charge Microsoft for researching, reporting on or correcting any errors relating to its invoices. Vendor will not date its invoices earlier than the date Vendor is entitled to be paid under the applicable Product PO or SOW. If a date is not specified in a Product PO or SOW, Vendor may issue its invoices monthly in arrears.
MS Invoice requirements.
