MRPs definition

MRPs means any restricted stock plan, such as a management recognition plan established or to be established by HoldCo or any of its affiliates.
MRPs means any management recognition plan(s) established by Mutual or the SHC to induce certain Directors, Officers and employees of Mutual and First Northern Savings Bank, S.A. to continue their service with the company following the Restructuring through awards of Capital Stock in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Stock Issuance Plan and the documents establishing the MRPs.
