MRPC Program definition

MRPC Program means the MY REWARDS™ PREMIUM CARD PROGRAM as a whole, without regard to any particular MRPC Program level. The MRPC Program is a form of Rewards Program.

  • Cancellation of an Enrollment requires three (3) Business Days’ notice received by us, and scheduled MRPC Program debits occurring within three (3) Business Days of our receipt of a cancellation notice may still be debited from a Participant’s Account despite the cancellation notice received by us.

  • The above itemization of MRPC Program ineligible transactions is not exhaustive, but illustrative, and we reserve the right to determine whether a purchase or expenditure is MRPC Program eligible on a case-by-case basis and in our sole discretion.

  • If the Account associated with your Program Debit Card is closed or “frozen” for any reason, we reserve the right to immediately discontinue the provision of any or all Benefits to you and immediately terminate your MRPC Program Enrollment.

  • Pilot program means a program using a representative sample of residential and small commercial customers to assist in developing and offering customer choice of electricity supply for all residential and commercial customers.
