MRF Residuals definition
MRF Residuals means residual Authority Waste which results from the Co- Mingled Recyclables that are delivered by or on behalf of the Constituent Councils and processed at the MRF; "Other Authority Waste" means Tyre Waste, Inert Waste, Clinical Waste, Bulk Recyclables, Co-mingled Recyclables and Detritus Waste;
