MRED definition

MRED means the Meter RED, being the energy meter installed and owned by EUC at the site of the RED to measure and record the energy delivered to the Grid System and energy received from Grid System;
MRED or “Patent Owner”), a Texas corporation, and is effective as of the Restructure Date (as defined below). (IPLLC and the Patent Owner are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party.”)

  • The MRED Service may contain hyperlinks to web sites operated by parties other than MRED; MRED does not control such web sites, is not responsible for their contents, does not endorse the sites or contents, and may have no relationship with the sites’ operators.

  • MRED is not liable for unauthorized access to or loss of Saved Information.

  • MRED may, but is not required to, modify the MRED Service, including removing information and making additional information available, and adding and removing system functions.

  • THE MRED AFFILIATES DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE MRED SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND THE MRED AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH THE MRED SERVICE.

  • THE MRED AFFILIATES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE MRED SERVICE AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH THE MRED SERVICE, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  • Failure to comply with this provision will result in a significant fine, as set forth in the MRED Policies.

  • Certain products and services made available in conjunction with the MRED Service may be subject to agreements other than this Agreement and may require payment of additional fees.

  • MRED PROVIDES THE MRED SERVICE AND ALL COMPONENTS OF IT ON AN “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

  • MRED may amend its schedule of fines and terms for collecting them at its sole discretion at any time.

  • In the event of legal action between MRED and Firm Participant, or MRED and any Subscriber, on account of or in respect to this Agreement, if MRED is the prevailing party in such action, it shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses incurred in such action.

  • Walked means when an Attendee with a confirmed reservation is denied a room for any reason.

  • Catered means food or refreshments that are purchased ready to consume which are delivered by any means.

  • Playground means a public outdoor recreation area for children, usually equipped with swings, slides, and other playground equipment, owned and/or managed by a city, county, state, or federal government.

  • Seaplane means a fixed wing aircraft which is designed for taking off and landing on water and includes amphibians operated as seaplanes;

  • Live means the child’s permanent home at the date when applications close or, if a significant house move is involved, the latest reasonable date before the final allocation of places.
